How our modules plug into your Rezlynx tenant through the official API. Your tenant remains source of truth, no development work on your side.

I — The Three Steps

From token to live.

The onboarding wizard handles everything after you generate the token. No development work on your side.

Generate the token

In your Rezlynx extranet: Settings → Integrations → New API token. Choose the scope (read-only or read-and-write) and, if you prefer, an expiry date.

ii.

Paste into the wizard

After purchase, the onboarding wizard asks you to paste the token and pick the property, or properties, concerned. No technical work.

iii.

Module is live

Initial sync takes five to ten minutes depending on your tenant volume. A confirmation email lands with the link to your module console.

Token pasted, initial sync complete

You paste the token, we validate scope, the initial sync runs. Depending on tenant volume: five to ten minutes. Confirmation email lands with your module console link.

Aggregated data visible in the console

First aggregated numbers land in the console. This is when we tune guardrails if needed — we reach out proactively if something looks off.

Day 30

Monthly report

First reporting sent with observed ROI

First monthly report reaches you by email. Optional check-in call with your account contact. We flag anything that hasn't performed as expected.

Personalised recommendations

Ninety days in, we look at your data honestly and recommend other modules that would fit — or say nothing, if none would move the needle for you.

We never touch your password.

Full traceability inside your Rezlynx extranet. Six guarantees, no asterisks.

Token scope

You choose read-only or read-plus-write per module. A reporting module never gets write access. Ever.

One click in your Rezlynx extranet and the module goes dark. No data kept beyond our API cache (90 days).

End-to-end encryption

TLS 1.3 for all API communications. Tokens encrypted at rest with AES-256 inside our vault.

Full audit log

Every API call logged with timestamp, module, scope, source IP. Consultable from your console at any hour.

UK GDPR compliant

Data hosted in the UK on AWS (eu-west-2 London + eu-west-1 Dublin backup). Signed DPA, listed sub-processors.

vi.

ISO 27001 in progress

Certification expected in the fourth quarter of 2026. Written security policy available on request under NDA.
