Terms of Service

Parties & purpose

These Terms govern the relationship between HH Hotels Limited, private limited company registered in England & Wales (company number 09551633), registered office 5th Floor, Edison House, 223-231 Old Marylebone Road, London NW1 5QT, and any professional customer subscribing to Rezlynx PMS add-on modules ("Customer").

Rezllynx sells add-on modules that plug into the Customer's Rezlynx tenant via the official API. We are not Rezlynx Systems Ltd and have no commercial link with them.

Subscription & acceptance

All orders go through rezllynx.org. Payment validation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and our annexed policies (refund, privacy, cookies). A confirmation email is sent with subscription details.

Pricing & payment

• Prices in GBP, exclusive of VAT. UK VAT 20% applies to UK customers. EU B2B reverse-charge with valid VAT number.
• Monthly billing per property, per active module. Payment by card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Direct Debit, or bank transfer (Enterprise only).
• Price changes notified by email 30 days in advance. Customer may cancel free of charge before effect.

Activation & onboarding

Each module activated after Customer generates an API token in the Rezlynx extranet. Rezllynx never has access to Customer's Rezlynx credentials. Module operational 5-10 minutes after validation.

Duration & termination

• Monthly subscription tacitly renewed. No minimum commitment beyond the current month.
• Cancellation any time from the customer area. Effect at end of current cycle.
• Full prorata refund if cancellation within 14 days of activation. See Refund Policy.

Obligations & liability

Rezllynx commits to delivering the service as described, with SLA per plan. Our liability is capped at the amount paid by the Customer for the module concerned over the last 12 months. We are not responsible for Rezlynx PMS itself, or indirect consequences (loss of business, customer loss).

Intellectual property

The Rezllynx module software and all site content (text, images, code) are protected by copyright and remain exclusive property of HH Hotels Limited. Subscription grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable usage right, limited to subscription duration.

Personal data

Personal data processing governed by our Privacy Policy (UK GDPR). A DPA signed with each Customer. Data hosted in the UK (AWS eu-west-2 London + eu-west-1 Dublin backup).

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, massive cyberattacks, government decisions, major outage of Rezlynx or an infrastructure provider).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by English law. In case of dispute, exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts after attempted amicable resolution and possible mediation.
